The super sweet owners will come for 2-3 months each summer to stay on the property in their camper, extremely respectful to the Tenants privacy. They are excited to find a great tenant that will love this property as much as they do and encourage the tenant to enjoy. The garage includes an extra fridge and freezer. The old barn and two-car barn are not for Tenant use.
Tenants responsible for: propane, electricity, wifi, and garbage. Well and septic. Owner handles lawncare, snow removal, salt for water softener (TENANT is responsible to keep full of the salt provided).
PARKING: 1 car garage plus parking pad in front of door plus long driveway.
