There is a city bus stop on the same block as the house. Private bathroom on same level and next to room. A few single health professionals live on the upper floor and floor below.

Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $850.00 per month for an individual with a $50 leasing fee, move-out cleaning/maintenance fee of $250 with no security deposit and a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $775.00 per month for an individual with a $50 leasing fee, move-out cleaning/maintenance fee of $250 with no security deposit and last month’s rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
