University Flats - University Flats: 1 bed/1 bathroom new construction 600 square foot apartment. All units come with a full kitchen (stainless steel appliances, full extension drawers), bedroom with walk-in closet, and a casual living area off the kitchen. Upper units have a small private balcony and lower units have larger bedrooms! Each unit also includes a stack washer & dryer! Monthly rent includes water, sewer and trash. All other utilities (electric and wifi) are the tenants responsibility; tenant must have an account set up with EPB in his/her name. No pets. Please note that we are unable to offer reserved onsite parking, but there is a surface parking lot less than one block away where you can pay a monthly rate of $55/month. UTC students can also park in nearby lots if you have a school parking permit.
