Cozy private bed/bath in new townhome

Hi all, my name is Austin and I am an Internal medicine resident. I have a secluded bedroom with a private bathroom upstairs In my townhome, available 12/1/22. I am located In longs/north myrtle beach, in a new development called Bells Lake. The room is furnished with a queen size bed (Brand new), bed frame, dresser, and walk in closet. The bathroom is inside the bedroom and has a full shower. I have two dogs who are incredibly loving and friendly, and if you have a pet I am open to that, but we can discuss that further. You will have access to the whole house, kitchen, living room, and my garage gym. There Is a washer and drier downstairs that you are welcome to use. I am located about 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from some awesome restaurants and bars. Rent is $900 a month, utilities included. It is usually just me, sometimes I rent out the downstairs bedroom to medical students rotating at grand strand. I am overall a neat and clean person, easy going, quiet for the most part or gone most of the day. I am looking for someone who is also neat and clean and will respect my house and is a dog lover, bonus points if you are a a medical professional.
