The place is on the first level of a Victorian. Rent is $2000 a month plus utilities, and includes free internet.
It is available for 1 year (minimum 6 months) starting November 1. The former occupants may be back (they are currently abroad) next year.
Minimum 6 month lease required. The move-in cost is first and last month rent, plus refundable $1000 security deposit - total of $5000.
The place can be furnished (queen mattress, dinning table and chairs) or unfurnished. It is a fully separate apartment with its own entrance, bathroom, full kitchen (no oven; it has induction cooktop), living room, bedroom, and storage room.
Optional uncovered parking spot is available for $30/month.
The place has access to the back yard, and has a pergola.
No tobacco smoking allowed.
A small well trained neutered dog up to 20 lb is allowed. We have a dog, so you must like dogs.
Public transportation: Busses 9, 9R, 8, 8AX, 56 (bus 29 is up the hill), and Muni T line (10 min away). The 101 and 280 Freeways are 5 min away.
We are right next to John McLaren park. Down the hill we have the Mission Blue Cafe, the infamous 7 Mile House restaurant; multiple restaurants on San Bruno Ave; and the Grocery Outlet nearby.
About us:
We are an LGTBQ+ household. We live on the upper level of the house, and have a 20 lb dashhund mix. She takes some time to get used to other dogs, so it will take some work to get her to get along with other dogs (but she does, eventually). She is overly friendly with people. We are not a party house, although now and then we do host friends and family gatherings in the back yard/upper deck.
