Very Large Open Loft in the Historic Hellman Building - This studio style loft is on the 2nd floor of the Hellman Building in Downtown Los Angeles and is on the darker side. It is great for a photographer or somebody who does not need natural light.

All of our units come with a gas oven/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

Parking for residents is available for $150/month for a single unreserved space, $200/month for a single reserved space and $300/month for tandem-reserved parking. We pay for your water, gas and trash, and you are responsible for electricity, parking, phone (landline), internet & cable (DirecTV). Pets are more than welcome here with NO PET DEPOSIT!
