All accounts must be in good standing with no irregularities, collection, etc. If bankruptcy has occurred in the past, you must have at least two years of satisfactory credit following the bankruptcy.
•Proof that you have an available reserve fund in a financial institution that is equal to 2 months' rent plus required security deposit.
•Minimum of one-year positive rental or mortgage history.
