Washer/Dryer in house. Double Carport to protect your vehicle. We have lots of room to park your boat and trailer. Game room on site (shared space between 4 houses) with pool table, ping pong, air hockey and foosball so you dont miss out on the fun! Private propane grill. Maximum of 6 people, no pets and no smoking, $2200 a month including all utilities.
