3 Bedroom Short Term Rental Furnished Home in Hinesburg - 202 Abani Drive is a newly built home in Hinesburg Vermont. It is available as a short term furnished home from November 1st until the end May 2024 or a few weeks longer if needed to finish out the school year! We are open to a 3 - 7 month lease starting at any time between these dates.

The home is located in a beautiful mountain setting atop a small hill. The road and driveway were recently paved for easy travel. The home provides lots of natural light in the living area with large A-frame windows and has 3 floors of finished space. Lofted area for office space, second floor is the main living area with living room, a gas fireplace, dining table, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. The ground floor includes two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and extra room for an additional office/bedroom (currently has ping pong table in it!). There is also two car garage that fit most large sized vehicles.



The exterior features a large lawn, half wrap around deck with a picnic table and glorious mountain views!

The house comes fully furnished with 3 bedroom sets, living room set, dining room table, kitchen island with stools, fully loaded kitchen with all basic needs (pots, pans, dishes, flat ware, glassware, toaster) Stainless steel appliances (gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator) Washer and dryer are included as well on the main living floor.

Owner takes care of all utilities, plowing and lawncare. The Hinesburg transfer station is located only 1 mile up north road. There are no pets allowed :(

Additionally, the owner includes monthly or biweekly cleaning service of the home by a professional cleaner.
