You'll notice that the wall separating the living room and bedroom has some built in shelving great for books or trinkets! The kitchen has a lot of cabinet storage and room for a small table. You also have a great closet for storage off of the kitchen area.
Resident responsible for: propane heat, electric, and cable/wifi (if desired).
Utilities Included: Hot water, cold water, sewer, lawn care, snow plowing.
No Smoking.

First month, last month and security deposit due upon signing.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
