Check it out for your feline-lovin' self (okay that's assuming a lot but this apartment strikes me as purrrfect [?] for a cat or two). It's got great perching spots, sun spots, AND a front balcony! Cats love that sh*t, right? Don't worry, there's stuff humans dig, too. Stuff like a dishwasher, gas range, updated bathroom and need I mention it again... IN-UNIT LAUNDRY.
First come, first served parking pad out back, also easy street parking out front!
For the record, you don't have to be a cat parent, or even be into cats to live here- but I *did* draw in a piece of miniature fancy lil lounge furniture for one along the plant wall. Also acceptable for a small dog, just that small dogs don't generally scale walls/cabinets/ledges to have a spot to overlord from... anyway! This place is great!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
