Fully furnished, and landlord provides: all utilities, Internet, Netflix, lawn care, linens, bedding, dishes, and consumable items like garbage bags, cleaning supplies and toilet paper. A bi-weekly cleaning service is also included.
Each bedroom includes a dresser, bedside table, and closet. Desks, printer, and window air conditioners for bedrooms not currently provided but could potentially be added: please contact for more information on these items.
In order to comply with Marquette City ordinance, no more than four occupants are permitted (one per bedroom), unless ALL renters are related to each other.
Pets are negotiable and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets are subject to a pet fee of $75/pet/month plus additional security deposit.
Month-to-month lease provides great flexibility for tenants. Short and long term renters welcome with minimum 30 day stay. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
Parking for four vehicles is available back-to-back in the driveway/garage.
Due to the layout of the driveway, snow plowing is not possible, so tenant is responsible for snow removal. Snow blower is provided for tenant use. Tenant could negotiate snow blowing service for increased monthly rent if desired.
