Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We accept 2 cats or 1 dog (a LARGE DOG ALLOWED!) pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
