3. Has at least two years of verifiable, favorable rental history not from family or close friends.

4. Does not owe money to a current or formal landlord.

5. Is able to pay required rent and deposit.

6. Has a favorable credit history.

7. Has never been convicted of a felony, sex offense or drug-related charge.
