Fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, are all included. Rent is $1,350, which includes 600 MB high speed internet, garbage, water, snow removal, landscaping, and sewer. The deposit is $1,350. The tenant is responsible for power and gas. The lease will extend to May and may go month to month depending on our situation at the time.

Unless an appointment is made, if you knock on my tenant's door to look, you will not be considered as a future tenant. We will provide an open house if there are enough interested.
