Hello we are renting 2 rooms in our house and 1 tenant is leaving August 5th and will be coming available. The room is furnished and will be rented monthly at 850.00 per month or 225 weekly . All utilities included and also use of all kitchen ware . House occupancy consists of Me my wife and our 4 year old boy and 1 male tenant (55) . Parking available on street . Looking for a single person with no pets or children. Must be clean , respectful, responsible . Someone that keeps to themselves and not intrusive or invasive in our personal life . Living room and driveway is off limits unless we are out of town. Guest bath will be shared by you and our other tenant as well as a full size fridge for you both .
