We are looking for someone to rent out two of our empty rooms.
The smaller room ($850) is 12.5 by 10.5 feet. We are seeking mature respectful adult(s) that will pay their rent on time and would clean up after themselves. Keep in mind that you will also be renting this house with other roommates. Who are adults from 28-40 years old and are very friendly, respectful, clean, and quiet roommates.
