You may not need a car to live here. The location is footsteps from the intersection of Grand & Gravois and convenient to all the amenities of a great urban center. Public transit, supermarkets, restaurants, and Cherokee Street are within easy walking distance.
This is a bicycle-friendly apartment building. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
