There is a $60/month charge for all of the following: water; garbage; the natural gas to heat water (hot water) and sewer. Please note that this does NOT include any electricity. It does NOT include the natural gas to heat the unit with the central heater in the wintertime. There is a $60/month charge for 1 GB/sec DEDICATED LINE fiber optic internet. Hardly any apartments have fiber optic internet. Unlike cable, fiber optic internet doesn't slow down during busy periods, Uploading is just as fast as downloading.
We allow all dogs, as long as you certify that the dog has never bitten a human before. We even have our own custom made in the USA dog waste bags with our apartment logo on it. Dogs are an extra $50/month per dog, and cats are an extra $25/month.
