Fully Furnished House in East Nashville
This lovely, completely furnished/equipped upstairs space is in a unique East Nashville house with high ceilings, wood floors, two levels, front porch, back deck and garden, parking on site, wifi with Samsung TV - 5 minutes to 5 Points and freeways, 10-20 minutes to downtown and central to all surrounding Nashville Neighborhoods. Modern kitchen with microwave & dishwasher.
You will have the entire upstairs portion of the house to yourself with the exception of the owner coming to work in her art studio during the day, which is in two of the rooms in the upstairs portion of the house. She will work out a schedule with you based around your work calendar. Her mother lives on the first level of the house, which is entirely separate from the level you will be staying in (with separate entrances etc...) and unless you see her outside, you will not be required to share indoor space.
Upstairs you have the luxury of a fully furnished bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, front porch and back deck as well as lots of green space and gardens in the front and backyard. There is ample parking on the property and the house is set back off the street which offers a quiet and serene setting for your time at home during your stay here in Nashville. There are hardwood floors throughout with floor rugs a plenty, large terracotta tiles in the kitchen, original pink and black tile in the bathroom and plenty of natural sunlight that spills into each room, one of our favorite aspects of the house!
The location of the house is ideal in that it's close to everything without being right in the heart of it. You are a 5-10 minute drive from the freeway, depending on your route, and 20 minutes from everything in town. You are 5 minutes from East Nashville 5 Points and the Fatherland area with countless restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques to choose from as well as many public green spaces and parks including our favorite: Shelby Bottoms and the Greenway.
We are not a party house, we are working artists who care very much about the harmony and cleanliness of our home. We are looking for professionals who appreciate the same about their own personal space and time. The owner's mother is very kind and loves to spend time in the garden. If you love that too, don't be surprised if you wind up having coffee together on the back deck or in the garden!
