Very economical and efficient unit, this is the small house on the property which is in a very serene quiet country setting. It is like a small tucked away peaceful country cottage but with the convenience of still being inside the city. Because it is still a house you have to be responsible for cutting, mowing the semi small yard but you can still have access to the front yard which is about 1 acre.

You will have lots of privacy, though the larger house is mine where I occasionally do some work. It is separated and has fence between the houses. You are welcomed to have access to use my front yard which is probably over 1 acre area (exception for one small section where car is parked.) The large area will not your responsibility for moving grass. It is already taken care off, your responsibility will only be the yard in front of small rental house.

Also in addition to paid water, the garbage pickup already included too! Unit is basically ready to live in. So no need to pay deposit for hook up service for water, or electricity.

This is small house unit with 2 bedrooms, 1 very small kitchen, and repeat there is NO STOVE (NO old-style large stove, you are welcomed to use whatever you need such as larger toaster oven, air fryer, etc), 1 bathroom & shower room, plenty of storage shelves if needed, additionally 1 washroom and enough property to have a barbecue, or for SMALL dog or cat... other SMALL pets ok too. Sorry, NOT for large pet. And NO smokers.

Very Nice location in beautiful peaceful neighborhood and convenience of proximity to almost anything. Church/ temple is located next to property as well.

Area is very peaceful and hardly no known crimes as the neighborhood is very close knit, vigilant, and conscious about who lives or belongs in our community. Neighbors do keep mostly to themselves but they still are very vigilant.

Plenty of free parking large enough for several large vehicles such as work or construction trucks, trailer, etc.

Residence is located about 1 block from 4 shopping plazas (1 at each corner of intersection), two convenience store, plus pizza, hamburger, chicken and many other restaurants there... also there are several bus stops available at these locations. Many other shopping plazas located at every block along the main avenue. Walmart about 2 miles away, HEB another half mile from there.

Property is managed by responsible landlord. Applicants are required to complete a rental application

Has Air conditioning, heating for winter, washer & dryer included

Plenty of parking for vehicles

Enough fenced property for a pet/ very small dog (under 25 pounds)
