Like a giant salted pretzel, this place holds a grip on my heart. Lots of browns and muted neutrals, inoffensively German, subdued, smart. This foreign treat has the basics covered in the kitchen with a dishwasher and gas range, plus, space for a bistro table if you're into that. Or perhaps you take your morning coffee out on the front terrace- that's fancy for balcony. Store clothes, or plants- or both- in your additional space off the back of the kitchen, and store your vehicle out on the easy street parking. One funky perk I didn't mention? This place is setup shotgun-style, with the caveat that you have separate entrances for your bedroom, and your living area/the rest... very euro. Also, I'm convinced "Eichelberger" is German, or like a cousin or something, so that's where we're going with this roundabout pretzel theme.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
