Application Process: There is a $75 application fee for each tenant. To meet the requirements for consideration, tenants should have a credit score of 640 or higher and an income equal to or greater than 2.25 times the monthly rent. If a co-signer is necessary, they must also complete an application and meet specific requirements, including a credit score of 640 or higher and an income equal to or greater than 3.5 times the monthly rent.
Deposits and Fees: The security deposit is $600, and it is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to any deductions for damages. Additionally, there is a non-refundable administrative fee of $350.
Pet Policy: If you have a pet, there is a $300 pet fee, along with monthly pet rent of $15.
Additional Charges: $10 monthly fee, which covers pest control and trash services.
