Lots of windows bring in natural light from different directions, and allow for cross ventilation on nice days. A hallway extends the length of the apartment, and leads to the living room, which overlooks Parkwood Avenue; two large bright bedrooms with closets; the eat in kitchen with a gas range / stove, full sized stainless fridge, microwave, and a stacked washer and dryer; and the full bathroom with tub. The apartment has central a/c and heat with thermostat controls. The apartment can be accessed from the front of the building, or via the kitchen door, which leads to a back yard and an off-street private parking lot behind the building.

Have a pet? Bring your pet! We are a pet friendly community, and have no breed restrictions. We do have a 40-pound pet weight limit for our 2nd floor apartments. Up to two pets can live in your apartment with you. Your pet just needs to be polite and / or friendly to other humans and pets. There is a one-time fee of $300 for your pet, and no monthly fees thereafter.
