Big Bend Apts are pet-friendly and accommodate both cats and dogs. We have a two-pet maximum limit per apartment and we do charge $25 per month, per pet in pet rent. We offer professional management services, including on-site maintenance Monday-Friday and emergency maintenance over the weekends. Tenants have access to an online portal for submitting maintenance requests and processing contactless rent payments via debit/credit cards or bank accounts. We also have an office located conveniently nearby in Brentwood where you are always welcome to drop off a personal check or certified funds as well if that is your preference. Resident is required to obtain an occupancy permit from the city of Webster Groves – which you can do very easily online through their website and we do require renter's insurance as a condition of our lease agreement. The occupancy limit for a one-bedroom unit is 2-Occupants and the limit for a two-bedroom unit is 4-Occupants per municipal regulation. This is strictly a non-smoking community.
