The bathroom has a new vanity, quartz countertops, fixtures, beautifully tiled shower with niche and a stacked washer/dryer. Photos simply don't do this unit justice.
Additional Move-In Costs:
$400 non-refundable cleaning fee for normal, professional cleaning of flooring upon move out.
Security is dependent upon credit and rental history. Minimum $1,200. Additional security may be required for applicants with limited credit or rental histories.
In addition to advertised rent, tenant pays:
Water/Sewer/Garbage is billed by the landlord at $50/occupant monthly
Technology Convenience Charge: $5.00/month
Applicants with Pets:
Edmonds Crest is a pet friendly property. We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs or cats. Pet Security Deposit is $1,200.00, Non-refundable cleaning fee of $400.00 & monthly pet rent of $50.00.
In accordance with Washington State Law, we can split security and non-refundable fees into consecutive, equal monthly payments upon request, based on length of lease. Let the community manager know prior to lease signing if you wish to do this. We do not typically collect pre-paid last month’s rent, but in the event it is required as a condition of approval for occupancy, this amount is also eligible to be paid in installments.
Deposit to hold unit: 25% of 1st month's total rent (applied to security at commencement of lease, amount is forfeited if applicant is approved but does not sign lease within 5 days). No application will be considered before such holding deposit is paid. A receipt will be emailed to applicant upon payment.
