This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is just a few steps to the ocean and a few blocks from Del Mar Village restaurants and shops. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests with a 30-night minimum stay.
The living room offers a welcoming ambiance, bright interior spaces, and comfortable seating while you enjoy watching TV for entertainment. The kitchen adjacent to the living room is equipped with cooking essentials and space for an eat-in kitchen dining setup while enjoying the ocean views outside!
The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, while the other guest bedroom has two twin-size beds. Both rooms have a spacious mirrored wardrobe. The guest bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower/tub combo. Guests can have access to the community courtyard with a pool. Additional features of the apartment include WiFi, one carport parking space, and on-site coin-operated laundry. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens and towels. No air conditioning. No smoking. One small to medium dog is permitted with an additional $500 pet security deposit. Sorry, no cats allowed.
The property is within close distance to Del Mar Village, shopping centers, and park. Just a simple and quick drive to area golf courses, Torrey Pines State Beach, Cardiff State Beach, San Dieguito County Park, San Elijo Lagoon Nature Center, and other San Diego County destinations. Commuting is easily accessible with nearby Interstates 5 and 805 and Highway 56.
