Currently, we have the following units available for move in on ~6/15:

2 Bed 1 Bath - 1133sq ft | $1,895 Rent + $15 Admin Fee | Residents are responsible for electricity, gas, and $50 W/S/T. Renter’s Insurance is required. This can be purchased through personal insurance or through Commercial Northwest for $11.00 a month.

I will be able to facilitate tours from 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. I also have a video tour of a similar unit available upon request.

The Warm Spring Gardens Apartments are pet friendly. We accept up to two pets. There would be a $500.00 additional pet fee and a $25.00 monthly pet rent per each pet.

We require 2 forms of ID (1 government issued, 1 photo ID) – for each applicant

Proof of income – combined income from all applicants needs to be 2.5x the amount of rent

$1,000 deposit.

We do not accept anyone with Evictions, Felonies, and/or anyone that owes money to other Property Management Companies. Also, we do not accept Section 8/Vouchers.
