One plus-size person already broke the Jack/Jill bathtub. Another busted a barstool. A Barbie doll type ruined an $8K wood floor with refinsher vs cleaner. I'm not perfect, but dang! If you can't walk 100 yds w/o supplemental oxygen or don't have 2 brain cells that connect, don't ask. If you can't tell a rooster from a hen, or are squeemish about defending against livestock predators, don't ask. We'd appreciate help from an able-bodied "vivacious" person. Park-like setting w/ free-range animals, but deep pond on-site can be a hazard for children. Very secure conservative area.
