The chefs kitchen is open to the family room and boasts a 5 burner gas cooktop, SS refrigerator with water/ice maker on the door, built in oven, & dishwasher. Views and access to the Lagoon from the living, dining, and family rooms. Enjoy the gardens, and the many fruit trees on the property, plums, blueberries, raspberries, lemons, etc.
Master bedroom has an electric fireplace, three closets, and includes an ensuite bath with a deep soaking tub, separate shower with two shower heads, and a slider to the back deck where you can unwind in the step down hot tub. One guest bedroom has a futon, double closet, could be used as an office, the 2nd guest bedroom has double closet and access to the Jack & Jill guest bath, which is also assessable from the hallway, has a beautiful marble countertop, single vanity sink, tub/shower combo, tile flooring.

* Attached garage with space for one vehicle.

FOUNDATION HOMES PET POLICY: Pet may be considered on a case-by-case basis for well-qualified applicant(s) unless otherwise noted. Pet Application and monthly Pet Rent for approved pet(s) are required unless otherwise noted. Monthly pet rent is $60 per approved cat and/or $100 per approved dog unless otherwise noted. (Assistive animals are always permitted and are approved with legal documentation. No Pet Rent applies for Assistive animals.)
ADDITIONAL TERMS: No smoking. Please expect a $49.00 application processing fee per adult. Renter's Liability Insurance required. Filter changing fee/policy applies.
