This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom fully furnished rental requires a 30-night minimum stay and can accommodate up to six guests. Relax during your stay with comfortable furnishings and lovely scenic views from the townhome’s living room. Step onto the patio to enjoy the great year-round weather with outdoor lounge furniture and a BBQ grill available for guests use. A dining area off the living room connects to the kitchen with additional counter seating.
Head to the second-floor master bedroom with a king-size bed, comfortable bedding, a large wardrobe, a TV and access to a private balcony with panoramic views. The ensuite bathroom includes a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom includes two twin beds with a work station. Guests can enjoy a variety of community amenities during their stay including saltwater pools, jacuzzis, a tennis court, pickleball, and a basketball court. The townhome comes complete with all household supplies, linens and towels. Additional features of the townhome include a washer/dryer, WiFi, and an attached two-car garage. Note, the home does not have air conditioning.
The popular downtown Carlsbad Village area with shops, restaurants and Carlsbad State Beach are just a short drive from the rental. The property has easy access to major highways with close proximity to attractions such as LEGOLAND, La Costa Resort and Spa and the Carlsbad Flower Fields. It's also an easy day trip to other San Diego favorites such as Sea World, historic Old Towne, the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District.
