This cozy basement studio apartment has its own outside entrance and comes with its own connected garage space. There is a small kitchenette and small bathroom with shower only. The owner is a single gay professional and is the only person who lives in the main house. The basement is very cozy at under 500 sq ft. The kitchenette includes a hot plate and microwave that is also a convection oven. There is no separate stove/oven. The fridge is full size.

Unit is available for a quiet, single, non-smoking tenant with only only one vehicle (occasional short-term visitors are fine). A small animal that does not bark or make other noise is also fine as the unit has a concrete painted floor. There are 2 small closets and a storage space in the unit. Access to laundry in the house may be negotiable.

All utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, garbage), hi-speed internet, and local alarm system for basement only (not monitored) are included in monthly rent. First and last month rent for those who have good verifiable rental history, credit and income. Otherwise, a larger deposit (usually 3 months) must be paid at move-in.

Someone who is interested in or does landscaping or handyman work a plus and could have some work available. Small amount of tools or equipment may be able to be kept in garage.
