The living room sofa also includes a new queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Furnishings always kept in great condition or they are replaced. If here for work you will enjoy our high-speed internet and designated work-space. All amenities are well-appointed thought out for all your vacation and corporate needs. We also offer on-call maintenance (typically taking care of all minor issues within 24 hours) along with consistent cleaning of common areas. If you would like a place with an office feel, we also offer our guests the use of "Unita" an amazing office workspace within walking distance, and another two located nearby. Once there you have access to a conference room, workspaces, break room & surfboards, yes only in Hermosa, lol. Parking on-site and/or on Hermosa Ave. with a guest parking pass. We also offer an on-site gym with high-end equipment (Peloton, treadmill, "The Mirror", and free weights. All of our apts. are deep cleaned. We will also sanitize with UV-C light rays of light killing more than 99% of bacteria, molds, and viruses on surfaces (inc. furniture, walls, ceilings, and fixtures) upon request.
