At the edge of Donelson & Briley Parkway, Cottage Place is just minutes from Opryland Mall/Hotel, Two Rivers park (a personal favorite), a variety of stores/restaurants & easy access to both the airport & interstate!
You’ll be staying in a cozy, private room upstairs with your own bathroom & closet. There is a queen bed provided & tons of natural light! All other spaces will be SHARED with MYSELF & my friendly 5-year old Labrador, Satie. As a roommate, privacy, cleanliness, safety & respect are a huge priority for your experience!

- A fenced back patio
- Lots of storage space!
- Dedicated front parking space
- Provided washer/dryer
- Kitchen space with room for storage
- Furnished living room, dining room

- Despite having a dog, cleanliness is a huge priority! I will also consider any pets on a case-by-case basis!
- Rental terms available as 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 1 year
-Month-to-month rental terms can also be negotiated (provided that you give a 30-day notice)
- Rentals will be contingent on an application, which includes a 3rd party background check & initial security deposit!
