We check credit for all homes. Some homes we can be flexible on, Depending on credit. If you have Zero credit you may not be approved or may be required to have a co signer with a 625 score or higher and make 3 times the rent.
If you don't have rental history ask about our FRESH START PROGRAM
We check Background for all homes.
You will need 4 paystubs in order to apply for any home.
In order to tour any home in person 1 of 3 must be met:
1. Application must be approved (you have already applied and some from the email office has called or email you regarding approval status)
2. $25 Showing fee will apply if you have not done an application and been approved. By appointment only.. All properties have requirements that has to be met in order for approval. (credit, income, background, rental history) without us knowing what your credit, income, background, a showing fee is required for Showing agents time.
3. An open house has to be scheduled by main office. (Select days, Due to high demand of homes we are limiting open houses as more people are referring and relying on our virtual tours on IG @monroe_home_services where you can see multiple properties and services that we offer.
