I just finished building my beautiful house and I am looking for a female roommate. House is located about 15 minutes from Weber State University and 20 minutes from Hill Air Force Base. Rental address is not correct, but house is located in West Haven.
I'm looking for someone that likes living in a clean and sanitary environment.
You will have your own bathroom and large bedroom (I’m not renting out any other rooms in the house, so you will only share your space with me, the homeowner).
Utilities are an additional $150 per month.
The house is fully furnished (except bedroom), so you will have access to everything in the house.
Includes:
• Garage parking
• Access to almost the entire house
• Access to new washer and dryer
• Plenty of storage space
• Fenced yard (landscaping is being worked on this spring)
• House is 3000sqft (2200 completed)
• Deep cleaning (I do the cleaning of common areas; you just need to clean up after yourself and your area)
• Almost all brand-new appliances and furniture
I'm a professional in my early 30s that loves health and fitness. Someone similar would be great. The room can’t be shared with an additional person. Must pass background check.
