1. All homes are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or familial status
2. You must have provable net monthly income of three times (3x) the monthly rent. Provable = Pay stubs, bank documentation.
3. You must have a favorable credit history. However, bad credit will not prevent you from renting a home.
4. You may not have evictions filed against you in the last 5 years.
5. You must have a good rental history with references for the past 5 years.
6. You must not have any judgements on your record from a property management company or apartment complex.
7. You may not have any collections accounts on your record from utilities companies.
8. There is an occupant limits of 2 person per bedroom for our properties.
9. What animals do you have? Animals are accepted with some limitations. Ask for details.
Lease Details
• Our lease terms are normally a minimum of 24 months. Other terms considered but rent might vary.
• Our lease term normally ends on March 31
We do this to protect you and us. This helps us keep rents lower, and it also makes it so you don’t have to move out at a bad time of year
