- No eviction filings, landlord collections, or liens.
- No collection accounts related to rental housing or unpaid utilities
- No felony, violent, property, pet or drug related convictions in the last 7 years
- No falsification of any application information
We are a pet friendly company with all properties allowing 1-2 animals at property manager's discretion. Pet screening is a required part of the application process for ALL applicants. Additional screening fees and pet rent applies for household pets. Service Animals do not require any additional fees provided supporting documentation is submitted and verified through a reasonable accommodation/modification request packet and/or third party screening service.
