2/1.5 Utilities Paid- by Centenary
Everyone 18 and over must fill out an online application and agree to a criminal and credit background check: [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch]
Rent includes all bills paid except phone, cable, satellite, internet—it covers electricity, gas, water, sewage, garbage pickup, lawn care, and appliances (stove, refrigerator).
If you don't have your own washer and dryer and you want rent to include them, add $75/month and we'll have them installed.
Benefits of the utilities included strategy are:
- It's move in ready—electric, gas, and water are currently on—Move In Today!
- Pay only one bill per month (unless you add phone, satellite, etc.)—eliminate the headache of paying numerous bills every month!
- Save move-in out of pocket cash by avoiding the deposits for utilities.
- Limit the details that have to be taken care of in turning off the utilities, paying final bills, and getting any deposits back... if you ever did move out!
- 1175 Square Feet
- $500 security/cleaning/key deposit
- $200 (of the security deposit) is nonrefundable pet fee (if pets are brought in), plus $50 per month increase in the rent (no more than 2 dogs and/or 2 cats and no more than a total of 80 pounds).
- 2 bedroom, 1 full bath and a 1/2 bath, huge living room, dining room, kitchen, fenced back yard.
- Maximum of four residents allowed (max of 2 per bedroom).
- Really cool brick-sided older house with lots of character.
- Central heat and air.
- Gas stove & water heater, refrigerator.
- Unfurnished.
- 1-car covered parking, plenty of parking space for two or three vehicles in the driveway.
- Patrolled 24/7/365 by Centenary Police, in fact, a Centenary police officer lives right next door.
- A security system is installed and ready for activation (solely tenant's responsibility).
Easy stroll to the Centenary Police Department (~1/4 mile away in Centenary Square), Marjorie Lyons Playhouse, Gold Dome, Strawn's, George's Grill, W's Steakhouse, Counter Culture, and other area landmarks and restaurants. The back porch overlooks the historic Symphony House and Hurley School of Music.
