We offer off-street parking and the building is located directly next to a Yale park. The rent includes water, sewer and trash. Additionally, we offer bulk cable and internet bundles, so our resident's get discounted rates on basic cable & high speed internet services through Charter Spectrum.

We do not accept pets over 40lbs
We have a two (2) pet maximum limit
No aggressive dog breeds are allowed
Pets must be up-to-date on vaccines
We charge a $150.00 Nonrefundable Upfront Pet Fee and a $25.00 Monthly Pet Fee per pet
**Must submit veterinarian records, shot records and a photo of the pet prior to approval
Requirements:
You must be over 21 – if not, we will require a co-signer
Make 2.5x the monthly rent in gross income
No Criminal History
No utilities in collections
No evictions within the last 8 years
Favorable credit score
