Bathroom has heated floors and towel rack, wifi is super fast ATT Fiber, queen bed has dual adjustable 'sleep number' style mattress. Laundry available for use inside.

The space
This is a two level apartment. The main level has the kitchen, bath, and living room, while the upper level has the main and spare (your) bedroom.
The apartment is located on a street with 5 bars, one of which is the best soccer watching bar in town (it's great for other sports too). The street has so many shops; a massage parlor, barber shop, salon, fitness center, local grocery store, convenience store, car wash, aquarium shop, tattoo parlor, herb shop, a giant public park at the end of the street, and probably other things I'm forgetting!
All of that is just on the street - there are many other places within walking distance as well!
The apartment itself has it's main level on the second story of a 4 unit apartment building. A spiral staircase leads up to the the 2nd level of the apartment (3rd floor of building), where you will find your private bedroom complete with a dresser, mirror, two night stands each with outlets with USB, dual adjustable sleep number queen bed, a closet, a window, and climate control (both heat and cool) for just your room via a new ductless mini-split system. You will be very comfortable, promise!
