The closest grocery stores are the Whole Foods Market at 1440 P St NW and the Giant at 1400 7th St NW. The nearest Metro Stations are Mt Vernon Sq on the Green and Yellow Lines and McPherson Sq on the Blue, Orange, and Silver.

There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum lease term is for one (1) year. The Security Deposit is equal to one full month's rent. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). A gross household income equal to or exceeding three times (3x) the monthly rent is preferred (2.5x is required to qualify). Tenants are responsible for paying for the electric utility, as well as cable/WIFI (if desired). One (1) space of secured garage parking is available for an additional $150/month. Tenants are responsible for all condo-related moving fees/deposits, and for coordinating their moving arrangements with building management. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with the payment of a one-time non-refundable Pet Fee of $300. Smoking is prohibited.
