Tenants must set up their own account with Xcel Energy for electricity. Tenants may use any company they'd like for phone, TV, or internet service.
Tenants are responsible for any damage to the unit during their lease, other than from normal wear and tear. We charge $45/hour for maintenance during business hours, and $67.50/hour after business hours and on weekends.
1135 Pennsylvania consists of the original house on the property that was split into four units, and an addition with another 12 units. This centrally-located property is one block from the CU campus and minutes from Pearl Street. The Hill business district is just around the corner with restaurants, shops, and music venues.
Apartment #15 is one of the upper level units in the original house. A key-code lock is used to enter the house/enclosed hallway, then each apartment has its own entrance off the hallway. The four units in the house share the front porch and upper deck. Each apartment has one assigned parking space in back off the alley. On-site laundry room with coin-operated machines is shared by all apartments.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room = 15'8" x 11'3"
Bedroom = 11'5" x 11'9"
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The apartment has carpet in the living room and bedroom, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. No dogs allowed unless it's a service/support animal.
