Kitchen area has a range/oven, full-size refrigerator, sink and a nice amount of counter space, built-in storage. The full bath has a tub/shower combination. There is a washer and dryer on site (in the shared basement area) for all the building residents; which utilizes a "phone-app" (no coins required). Substantial amount of parking on side streets DOES NOT require a city parking permit. Free On-site bicycle storage. You can even have your own small "all organic garden" spot.

Utilities -- Additional monthly charges: $85 per month year round for Heat and Electricity. Plus a prorated percentage of the water/sewer/trash service billed back-- based on number of residents in the building -- typically $65-$81 per month (for one person).

Pet Policy -- Owner would accept a single CAT -- No dogs or exotic animals. Cat must be at least 1-years old, house-broken, spade/neutered, have all vaccinations, be licensed in the City of Seattle, and have favorable landlord references. Extra deposit for a CAT is $250. There is no deposit or monthly fee required for "third-party" verified "Service Animals". Pets (and Service Animals") to be screened (or verified) through [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] . There is a charge for screening PETS, but "NO Charge" for verified "Service Animals". There is no "Pet Rent".

Renter's insurance is required.

Move-in funds required are the first month's rent, refundable security deposit of $1300 and pet deposit (if applicable). This is a "No Smoking" property.
