Monthly pet fee is $35 for one or $50 for two. Verified "service animals" require no extra deposit or monthly fees.
Nice neighborhood, just east of Lake City Way in the Wedgwood area. Also close to Lake City, Northgate, and I-5. Just blocks from major bus lines and bike routes.
Basic qualifications are good credit, stable, stable, verifiable income 2.5 times monthly rent, and positive landlord references. We do not accept portable tenant screening reports. Housing Vouchers and Section 8 accepted (however, except for income, applicants must meet all other qualifying criteria).
