This home includes mid century modern features, a basement storage unit, a covered bike rack, an onsite walking trail, an onsite gas firepit, a conventional oven / air fryer combo, a two burner electric stovetop, and two on site card operate rated washer / dryer combos in a shared laundry room. Each apartment comes with one dedicated parking spots and there are a few extra visitor spots around the property.

Fees:

- Move In Fee - We charge a one time Move-In fee equaling one half of one rent payment.

- We allow up to 1 pet under 50 pounds per home.
- We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $150.

-You must be willing to provide details on any pets living in the home.
Utilities:
Tenants will be responsible for any utilities, otherwise specified in the description, that are separately metered for their home.
If any utilities (electric, water, basic WIFI, trash, and sewage) are shared between one meter or property, we use a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System to bill that back between all units equally using # of people living in the home.
