We have a garden level apartment located blocks away from the Mayo Clinic. The Methodist Hospital and Ghonda building is 3 blocks away. The subway system is 1.5 blocks away and once it, you are able to access the downtown and Mayo without going back outside. This is a fully furnished apartment and we pay for all the utilities except electric, but it does includes Satellite TV and WiFi internet. Resident reimburses us for the electricity and pay it with rent. Parking is located on the street which requires a parking permit from Rochester City Clerks office ($30/year + $8 app fee). The laundry is 24/7 coin operated machines and are located on the backside of the building. We offer both long term and short term leasing options. The short term lease requires a 7 day notice to vacate the apartment. There is no application fee.
