You are able to use the nice backyard which has a small fire ring. Coin operated washer and dryer in basement. The apartment is pet friendly and limit two pets, no aggressive breeds of dogs. The apartment is small, so no big dogs allowed. We offer two types of long term leases. Long term where resident puts electric in their name and reimburse the heating bill during the heating season. The other long term option is we pay for all the utilities. The security deposit is $550 or $600 depending on the type of lease you choose. The price is for a 1 year lease.
