Application fee is $85 per adult over 21+. All adults must apply to be screened.
MOVE-IN FUNDS REQUIRED:
-1st month's rent (pro-rated as appropriate)
-Security Deposit= equivalent of one month deposit
-Cleaning deposit=$500
-Keys/remotes/FOB deposits= $300.
