First and Last Month's Rent, Security Deposit, and Pet rent Due at Lease Signing

-Credit check. Require a minimum credit score of 650. Credit should be free of derogatory marks including bankruptcy, foreclosures, collections, repossessions, etc.
-Reference/Previous landlord reference check / Including verification of on-time payments and no evictions
-Income verification. Require a minimum of a monthly gross income three times the monthly rent
- Pet reference from a prior landlord, if applicable
